概述:
傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀FT-IR Rocket是一種體積小,重量輕,高性能和經(jīng)久耐用的紅外光譜儀。FT-IR Rocket系列小型傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀提供了高分辨和高靈敏度(由于采用熱電制冷碲鎘汞探測器)。這個系列兩個波段的光譜儀具有高的波長穩(wěn)定性和強(qiáng)度穩(wěn)定性,因而使其成為高重復(fù)性化學(xué)計(jì)量分析的理想工具。傅里葉變換近紅外和傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀也被用來表征紅外激光。
