D系列980nm高功率 SLD寬帶光源是很寬帶寬、低相干性、交流220V臺式光源，以兩個單模耦合的超輻射發(fā)光二極管模塊為基礎(chǔ)，具有略微移動的中心波長，與一個合適的寬帶單模光纖耦合器相結(jié)合構(gòu)成。這個SLD模塊控制器設(shè)計確保極好的光源工作穩(wěn)定性。有和沒有防止SLD免受光反饋損傷的光隔離器的最強(qiáng)有力的版本都是有效的。這些器件是為光學(xué)試驗(yàn)和測量應(yīng)用而開發(fā)的。
